Bonnie E. Rodgers is a professional artist that makes her home in Papillion, Nebraska. Her prolific distinctive art includes mixed water media, collage and assemblages. She teaches art workshops throughout the United States and internationally, in experimental watermedia painting and collage for beginner, intermediate and advanced painters. Her workshops involve new concepts and ideas. Her goal in teaching is to introduce students to creative textural surfaces by experimenting on various paper, fibers, techniques and combining different media, hence the name "Assemblage" applies. She inspires each student to make a unique visual personal statement with their own distinctive art.

Collages are created on 300 lb watercolor paper, Illustration or Bristol board to support the added weight of several layers. A protective coating is applied to preserve the continuity and longevity of each piece.
