Commissions are a way to create a painting that perfectly fits your idea, desire, and needs. Highly motivated and perceptive, Bonnie E. Rodgers combines talent with more than 15 years of experience and professionalism to exceed the expectation of both the private and corporate patron. Living in Papillion, Nebraska she has exhibited her work extensively with works now held in private collections worldwide. She would be happy to discuss this as a possibility, work with you, and create a unique piece of original artwork.

To reach the public Bonnie E. Rodgers regularly showcases her work at appropriate venues upon request. Born in 1951 in Columbus, Wisconsin and raised in the Midwest, she has been passionate about drawing and painting. Her portraiture has evolved into a powerful and dynamic expression of her subjects, fascinated by the unique spirit of each subject, and this shows in her work. These works range from a simple but exquisitely detailed pencil sketching to an evocation of the client's life experience with the use of background symbolism as the setting for the character study for portraits.

A client may commission a life study or at a venue of the client's choice as she often travels in her pursuit of artistic expression. Bonnie is in demand for transforming a client's creative concept into a living reality

Although working mainly from her studio Bonnie also enjoys working from photographic and sketchbook renderings made on location during her travels. She balances her portrait and commission schedule with studies of landscape and magic moments of animals, people and the mystically to the spirit of Nature's creative forces.
