Option IV: Time-Payments: I have given many collectors the opportunity of purchasing original artwork through the Time-Payment Method. My philosophy is that not everyone can afford to purchase originals outright without some assistance. I hope that you will consider this method if you are in any way hesitant on a purchase. This offer is only extending to United States Proper residence.

*Payments may be extending over a twelve-month period of time for any purchase over $100.00. Payment total includes fees for shipping, handling and insurance. The first payment is 30 % and considered the down payment or " for payment in good faith." The remaining 70% is divided out over the remainder of the eleven months. Upon receipt of the final payment the artwork will be released and shipped to you by United Parcel Services unless otherwise agreed upon. If for some unforeseen reason you are unable to make all the payments 50% will be retained by the artist for storage of the artwork and its aging. The remainder will be sent to you within the next billing cycle in the form of a check. The artist will carry insurance until the artwork is released.

All forms of payment must be received before Artwork is released.

Every sale is finalized with a "Contract of Sales"

Any check that is submitted for payment and is found insufficient will cause an additional charge of $30.00 to your account through the artist's financial institution.
